As a Host, it is your responsibility to ensure the work place is safe for visitors, and that you have in place the proper insurances for your business. When Guests arrive you should show them the office, so they are familiar with a safe working environment.
In the event of emergency, your first contact should be to the emergency services.
If it is not an emergency, the Host and Guest should attempt to seek a resolution prior to filing a claim.
If the situation cannot be resolved, you should file a police report if appropriate and notify your relevant insurers before notifying Rubberdesk with details of the situation.
