How long will Guests stay?
We know most hosts don't want someone different arriving every day, which is why we try and match Guests with Hosts to become regular long term partners.
Want a week as the shortest booking period? Then just set a weekly rate.
Want a month as the shortest booking period? Then just set a monthly rate.
Of course you can always allow day bookings, and set the day's of the week the the space is available.
You might have someone using the space parttime a couple of days a week and looking for someone to share it when spare... no trouble!

When you get the booking request you can check out your Guest's profile and make sure you're happy they'll fit in.
When you're happy just hit accept!
Rubberdesk will send confirmation emails to you and the Guest and also process payment from the Guest meaning there's no invoicing required, you can sit back, relax and wait for your Guest to arrive.

Rubberdesk handles the payment for you to ensure you get paid after your Guests' first day.
Payment is taken care of by Rubberdesk so you never need to deal directly with money from your Guest.
When you accept the booking, Rubberdesk takes payment from the Guest and pays you after your Guest's first day with you. You can enter your account details for payment receipt in your account.
What do Hosts provide for Guests?
Most Guests would expect a table, chair and Wifi access as minimum...
What you provide depends on the kind of space you're offering.
In an office most Guests would expect Wifi and access to a printer, but you can specify all the services that are available.
We find most Hosts offer these services on a fair usage basis.
Reviews and feedback
Vital to the sharing community is the ability to share feedback about Guests and Hosts.
Rubberdesk invites Guests and Hosts to provide both public and private feedback
Public feedback on listings and profiles for others to see. You can respond to feedback and Rubberdesk reserves the right to curate feedback.
Private feedback is only visible between the Guest and Host and used to highlight anything the Guest felt was relevant but not for general public.
